Simply upload your pictures from Instagram and Camera Roll using our simple interface. Crop, edit and preview the pictures before submitting them.
Once you are happy with your choice of pictures, simply add them to the cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping info and email and place your order.
Once the order is placed, we will print, cut, pack and ship your order. You will receive a confirmation with tracking.
Order Processing
Most orders are ready to be shipped in 2-3 business days. It can take longer during holiday season or if the amount of orders is larger than usual.
You will be getting email notifications with order status updates.
If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not packed yet, we will be able to update it.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery receipt of our product via courier service documentation. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@capturedmomentsbyrach.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All decisions are subject to the final inspection and discretion of CapturedMomentsByRach.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving the products or within 14 days from delivery receipt of our product via courier service documentation and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
